Telehealth

Fresh Start Medicine is now offering Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone) completely virtual via Telehealth!

​Fresh Start Medicine's TeleMAT Program offers enhanced access to life-saving treatment to those in need without the barriers commonly faced by many across the states of TN and VA (e.g. transportation, childcare, distance, work schedule).

 

While our TeleMAT program offers this flexibility and increases access to care significantly, our MAT program requirements and standard of care remain the same. 

To Qualify, Patients Must:

  • Have a working device with audio-visual capability (phone, tablet, computer) every Televisit

  • Have WiFi or cellular service

  • Have a mailing address with ability to receive and send mail (for drug screen kits)

  • Agree to complete counseling each visit

  • Agree to submit to a drug screen, as required

  • Agree to arrive before their scheduled appointment time and wait in the virtual queue for their provider/counselor to join

  • Agree to have a photo ID and method of payment (if applicable) ready at the time of each visit

  • Agree to pay for all copayments/private pay charges before each scheduled Televisit
